How the Handoff Works
1. Your crew finishes the mitigation: water out, structure dry, equipment picked up.
2. You send us the homeowner's name, phone and address, with their permission.
3. We call the homeowner the same day and do an in-person walkthrough within 24 to 48 hours.
4. We compare the approved scope with what the property actually needs, then rebuild with our own in-house team.
5. You get a short update at each step, and your referral fee once the project is signed.
Rhino starts where mitigation ends. We don't do water extraction or drying, so we never compete with your crew.
Program Terms & FAQ
Referral fee: paid on every referred project that becomes a signed contract. The amount and timing are reviewed in person with Jerson, our owner, and put in a one-page agreement.
Service area: Austin and about 20 miles around it, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander and Buda.
Does Rhino do water mitigation? No. We start after extraction and drying are complete, so we never compete with your crew.
What can I refer? Rebuilds after water, storm, fire or mold damage: insulation, drywall, paint, cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring and finish carpentry.
Can Rhino guarantee insurance coverage? No. Coverage depends on the policy and the insurer's evaluation. We make sure the rebuild plan reflects what the property actually needs.
